1. Scope

This policy explains how Primops handles personal information in connection with this website. It covers the website itself and the correspondence that follows from it. It does not describe the separate arrangements that apply to candidates in our recruitment process or to clients under a signed agreement; those are provided directly to the people concerned.

2. Information we collect

This website does not have contact forms, accounts, logins or e-commerce. We do not collect personal information through the pages themselves.

We receive personal information only when you choose to send it to us:

• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• LinkedIn. If you contact us through LinkedIn, that interaction takes place on LinkedIn's platform and is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy, not this one.

Our hosting provider may automatically record standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, as part of delivering and securing the website. This is normal server operation rather than a tracking programme we run.

3. How we use information

We use the information you send us to reply to you, to discuss the role or enquiry you have raised, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not currently run an analytics platform. There is no cookie consent banner because there is no tracking that would require one.

Fonts are served from this website itself rather than from a third-party font service, so opening a page does not disclose your visit to another company.

If we introduce analytics in future we will update this policy first, and we will implement any consent mechanism the relevant market requires.

5. Text messaging

This website does not collect mobile telephone numbers, and Primops does not operate an SMS marketing or notification programme through it. We do not send marketing text messages to visitors of this site.

If you include a mobile number in an email to us, we use it only to respond to your enquiry.

The following applies to any text messaging programme Primops operates now or introduces in future:

• Messages are sent only to people who have given prior express consent to receive them.
• Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP, or by emailing us at ppl.0112@primops.com.
• Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to all opt-in data without exception.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary:

• With service providers who operate infrastructure on our behalf, such as our website host and email provider, and only so far as they need it to provide that service.
• Where we are required to by law, regulation or valid legal process.
• Where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter it concerns and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete it or archive it securely.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
